With a daunting construction timeline of six months to build a 7,000 square foot waterfront home, Riverside Homes' team tirelessly created a true Southern beauty designed to fit perfectly into its waterfront location. Southern Living's editor labeled this grand project that's featured on the cover of Southern Living's August 2019 issue as a home with "timeless style" as well as a "grand, new-old home filled with inspiration around every corner" and "Best Idea House Ever."

Thousands of visitors have traveled from all over the world to tour Riverside Homes' masterpiece with a portion of the proceeds from the tour benefiting the Fernandina Beach Historical Society.
