Open Positions
Position Overview
This position will lead all functions of home construction in their designated area, scheduling subcontractors and controlling quality from vacant lots to the closing of homes. This position will communicate with owners and sales throughout the building process to assure owners are up to date and satisfied with the progress and product.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review all plans and materials prior to commencing construction.
Walk each home under construction daily.
Communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, and municipalities.
Schedule all work and inspections on homes under construction.
Review and document our quality control program on each home.
Maintain a safe, clean, OSHA compliant job site.
Perform homeowner orientations and walk-throughs.
Leadership Responsibilities
This position has the potential to lead and train one assistant superintendent. Leadership includes planning, assigning, and directing work, rewarding and correcting work, teaching and training, along with addressing complaints and resolving issues.
Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and two years of related experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education.

Position Overview
The Riverside Homes Warranty Rep performs quality assurance walks on homes prior to the closings along with new home Warranty administration duties. This position communicates with superintendents and RSH management regarding QA inspections, as well as homeowners and subcontractors/vendors regarding warranty-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Preform thorough Pre-Closing Inspection (PCI) on every home.
· Look for recurring problems and make suggestions for changes and improvements.
· Create consistencies throughout communities.
· Schedule and complete 60 Day and 11 Month Walkthroughs (after the closing) with homeowners.
· Communicate directly with vendors regarding needed warranty services and ensure proper completion.
· Keep homeowners fully updated throughout the warranty process/period.
· Respond to 2-10 Frontline requests with 4/24/7 policy, schedule and oversee repairs as needed.
Qualifications
· This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and one year of related experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education.
