With over 1,500 square feet of living space, The Boca plan offers three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and optional mud bench off the garage entrance. The Venice plan is a 1,758-square-foot home that includes a mudroom, two bathrooms, and retreat space that can become a fourth bedroom. The two-story Miramar plan boasts 2,069 square feet, and includes highly-desired design features such as a tandem garage, mudroom, extra storage under the stairs, and loft.
