Riverside Homes’ Popular Ortega Model Wins Silver in 2021 NEFBA Parade of Homes

2021 is shaping up to be one of the biggest and best years for Riverside Homes. From being named as one of Jacksonville Magazine‘s Companies with Heart, to our very own owner, Chris Wood, being named as a 40 Under 40 Honoree, there has been no shortage of excitement during this first half of the year!

To add to these accolades, we are proud to announce that our Ortega model took home an award in the Best By Price category at the NEFBA 2021 Parade of Homes banquet. Since 1954, NEFBA has been celebrating the homes that the First Coast Community has to offer with their Parade of Homes. Labeled the largest open house on the First Coast, The Parade of Homes offers the perfect guide for homeowners to tour a wide variety of homes to see what each builder and community offers. This year’s Parade took place from April 24 to May 9, and featured more than 84 total homes in Nassau, Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties. The open house included an assortment of home styles and prices (from $195,000 to $1 million plus). From Fernandina to St. Augustine and everywhere in between, The Parade is a guide to help those searching for a new home find the perfect residence they will love in Northeast Florida.

Riverside Homes, one of Northeast Florida’s leading home builders, captured a Silver award for the $660,000-$700,000 home price category for its Ortega model in Forest Park at Wildlight. During The Parade, The Ortega won a ribbon for Best Overall Floor Plan.
