Meet Our Riverside Homes Sales Agents Series – Get to Know Trisha Ziemba

At Riverside Homes, we value our Sales Agents who work tirelessly to assist homebuyers in finding their perfect Riverside Home. From getting to know their family’s lifestyles and how they want to live in their new home, our Sales Agents build solid relationships on a deep and personal level with our customers.

We thought it would be fun to get to know them better through a series we are calling Meet Our Sales Agents! Next in our series is the very charming Trisha Ziemba. Trisha is currently our agent in Fleming Estates and Riverside at RiverTown and is assisting homebuyers with building their new homes.

Question: How long have you worked for Riverside Homes and what do you enjoy most about your role at Riverside Homes?

Trisha: I have been with Riverside Homes for a little over a year. My favorite part about my role is helping people put the pieces of the puzzle together for their new home.

Question: What does your ideal day in Fleming Estates look like?

Trisha: So starting the day here in Fleming Estates with coffee on the back porch is a definite but it’s a front porch community here in Fleming Estates. An ideal day would definitely include being on the front porch, saying hello to the neighbors as they walk their dogs, and also doing a little bit of eagle watching.

Question: If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

Trisha: If I could pick up a new skill instantly it would definitely be to calm people’s fears. Today’s real estate market is a little scary for people with the unknown but it is a great time to buy a new house. Being able to talk homebuyers through that process is key. I think if I could do that and calm their fears instantly, it would be a huge help.

Question: How would you describe your job to a bunch of five-year-olds?

Trisha: The best part about my job is helping people to create new memories. If I was describing that to a group of five-year-olds, I would tell them that I get to help mom and dad pick where they want to host birthday parties and have Santa come visit.

Question: What is your most memorable moment while working at Riverside Homes?

Trisha: My most memorable moment with Riverside Homes was actually during the interview process before I started. The first opportunity I had to meet and sit down with Matt and Chris, Riverside Homes owners, and Jacki Matthews, Riverside Homes Sales Manager, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to be. So for me the most memorable moment was being able to go home and tell my husband that I had found where I belonged. Knowing that I was going to join a team where I was a person and not just another number or a dollar sign, was something that I looked really long for. It was a special day to know that I found that place with Riverside Homes.
